Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Every Mezmob tub is made to order, so dimensions, wood type, finish, drain position and accessories can be customized according to your project.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the model, wood type and level of customization. We will confirm the estimated production time before your order.
Do I need special plumbing?
In most cases, standard bathroom plumbing can be used. However, the exact requirements depend on the tub model, drain position and installation area. We recommend consulting your plumber before installation.
Can the tub be used outdoors?
Outdoor installation depends on the tub model. Our cylindrical soaking tubs may be suitable for outdoor use when installed in an appropriate environment and maintained regularly. Our rectangular tubs, however, are designed specifically for indoor bathrooms and are not intended for outdoor installation. Please contact us if you would like recommendations for your project.
Does a wooden tub require maintenance?
Yes. Like all natural wood products, wooden tubs benefit from regular care. Keeping the tub clean, dry when not in use and properly ventilated will help preserve its beauty and durability.
